O aparelho não pode estar rooteado, aparelho sem root
1. Baixe a rom do blu vivo air com android 5.1
2. NÃO descompacte o arquivo baixado
3. Com o arquivo no formato .zip assim como foi baixado coloque-o na memoria interna do dispositivo e deslique o mesmo.
4. Ligue o aparelho no modo de recuperação, segurando o botão VOLUME +, pressione o botão de energia e mantenha os dois precinados até o aparelho ligar, quando o aparelho ligar solte o botão de energia e mantenha precionado somente o botão VOLUME + até aparecer o menu de recuperação.
5. No menú de recuperação selecione APPLY UPDATE FROM SDCARD e confirme, em seguida escolha o arquivo baixado .zip e clique em instalar e confirme sua escolha. Apos a instalação reinicie seu dispositivo e estará tudo certo e seu aparelho agora está com android 5.1
